In Canada, a man received a fine for building a full-size car out of snow on the road. The police stopped him and considered the case. Workers from the Montreal municipality removed the "snowmobile" of 33-year-old Simon Labrisas the next day. The incident drew laughter, especially from local police, who admitted that they confirmed it was a real car, made completely out of snow.
Simon Labrisas, a mechanic, carved the actual size model of his DeLorean DMC-12 car out of snow. This car is known from the film "Back to the Future." One of the police officers later remarked that they requested an additional patrol car for inspection. When the officers realized that there was no car under the snow, Labris was given a warning with the phrase: "You made our night bright. Ha-ha-ha."
